ABSTRACT
Transfer of centrally administered cadres under the shared management of the Central Committee United Front Work Department should be handled by the United Front Work Department. The transfer of centrally administered cadres who work in the Central Committee United Front Work Department offices should be handled by the Central Committee Organization Department. The unit responsible for making the application for the appointment or removal of a centrally administered cadre under the shared management of the Central Committee United Front Work Department should file it with the former along with five copies of the "Cadre Appointment and Removal Report Form." The appointment or removal notice of a cadre at the departmental, ministerial, or commission level should be issued by the CCP Central Committee. Sorting out dossiers of cadres under shared management of the Central Committee United Front Work Department remains the responsibility of the United Front Work Department.
