ABSTRACT
With the exception of the two atomic bombs the United States dropped on Japan that quickly brought World War II to an end, the world has been spared a nuclear attack, although the “nuclear club” continues to grow larger and larger and the world more dangerous. It's easy to lose sight of the fact that the detonation of a single nuclear bomb would make all the other human rights violations under consideration pale in comparison.
