ABSTRACT
This case concerns the eating disorder bulimia nervosa and its complexities in the context of college sport. The perspectives of athletes and sport medicine professionals are presented, and the role of a sport psychology consultant who is not a licensed mental health professional is up for discussion. The difficulties in this case are seen through the eyes of an athletic trainer.
