ABSTRACT

There are two forms of the Verb which might be regarded as either Aspects or Moods: Indicative and Dependent. The Imperative has a Stem Suffix, varying according to Morphological Class, and thus differing in some Verbs from that of the Indicative. A Passive Participle is formed by the same Suffixes as the Verbal Noun; the construction is, however, different. The Subject Pre-fixes vary slightly according to Mood and Tense and are affected by Vowel Harmony. Additional Tenses are formed With the Particle preceding the Verb, denoting Progressive or Habitual action, sometimes also Future. Adjectives, Possessives, and Demonstratives follow the Noun, and have Plural Prefixes kV- (Adjectives), k1- (Possessives and Demonstratives); Adjectives may also have Plural Suffixes. The only Noun Formatives recorded are the Suffixes used to form Verbal Nouns.
