ABSTRACT
The textile company in which this study was carried out is one of long standing and of high reputation both within and without the industry. Some part of the company has been employed in weaving cloth in various mills in the country for about 140 years, and since the invention of man-made fibres at the beginning of this century it has been in the vanguard of this development.
