ABSTRACT
Entrepreneurship will flourish if potential entrepreneurs can find opportunities in the environment and if conditions in that environment suggest that those opportunities can be seized successfully. If environmental conditions are unfavorable, you will find it a lot harder to start your business. The need for a conducive environment is greater for young businesses because, unlike large established companies, they have little control over their environment.1
