ABSTRACT
WILLIAM FORSYTH MILROY was born December 28, 1855; in New York City. He was educated at the University of Rochester, Johns Hopkins, and Columbia, taking his degree at the latter institution in 1882. Two years later he moved to Nebraska, and began practice in Omaha, where he remained until the late 1930s.
