ABSTRACT
Once we have analyzed the total manufacturing operation (including materials flows, process operations, and inspection and test points), and we have developed the process flow charts (assuring that all important operations are covered and individual operations are seen in proper perspective in relation to their important quality and costs considerations); we can then for each operation make a summary analysis, that is, a process description.
