Ordinary differential equations with bad right-hand sides

In this chapter we wish to consider some set-theoretical questions concerning the existence and uniqueness of solutions of ordinary differential equations. In particular, we deal here with those ordinary differential equations the right-hand sides of which are rather bad (even nonmeasurable in the Lebesgue sense), but for which we are able to establish the theorem on the existence and uniqueness of a solution with nice descriptive properties.
