ABSTRACT
In October 2022, in Switzerland (Crans-Montana), Les Roches, a renowned institution in hospitality education, signed an agreement with the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a leading university in tourism education in the Canary Islands. This agreement created an alliance between these two higher education institutions to jointly train the talent for the world's future in the hospitality and luxury tourism industry. The institutions were capable of taking advantage of the opportunity to develop and implement an innovation in the international educational experience that would allow them to gain competitiveness in the hospitality and luxury industry.
