ABSTRACT
This chapter explores the work of a PT established in the United Kingdom, titled the United Kingdom Child Sex Abuse People’s Tribunal. After a long and arduous road, survivors and activists were able to form a PT on an issue that has been challenging to confront in England, much like the rest of the world. This chapter explores that journey, and in addition, examines the process which this PT employed and finally discusses the conclusions it reached.
