ABSTRACT

Nowadays, a polysaccharide of natural origin chitosan attracts much attention of researchers. One of the promising applications of chitosan is to obtain of chitosan solutions of bioactive and capable to biodegradation film materials for medical applications, including the treatment of wounds [1, 2]. Inclusion drug into chitosan film, for example, are widely used in the treatment of burn injuries antibiotic amikacin sulfate, to reduce the probability of suppuration and contributes to the suppression of infection. However, the addition of amikacin to chitosan solution can fundamentally affect the rate of its enzymatic hydrolysis, which dictates the need for specific kinetic studies. The need for this work due to the fact that, in contrast to the relatively well-developed learning tasks enzymatic hydrolysis of chitosan under the action of a specific enzymes chitinase and chitosanase [3], the process of the enzymatic hydrolysis of chitosan under the action of a nonspecific enzymes (such as hyaluronidase present at the wound surface), not quantitatively studied.
