ABSTRACT
In 2001, Bill Erpenbeck’s company began construction of the house in Independence, Kentucky, that eventually would be purchased by Charles and Sherry Mitchell. At the time, Erpenbeck was the fourth largest homebuilder in the Greater Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky region. He and his affiliated companies were responsible for building hundreds of new homes and whole condominium projects in many of the region’s most prestigious areas.
