ABSTRACT

Workplace and workforce branding is gaining space in a strategic decision for brand publicity. As this term is unfolding, more and more scholars, organizations, and top management have started showing great interest in this, that how this process helps in gaining brand image in the market. This chapter also explains employee branding, its process, and how it is beneficial to project brand into the minds of stakeholders.
