ABSTRACT

The variation of the forbidden zone width in isoperiodical cross-sections corresponding to binary substrates, as well as the position of the boundaries of areas with direct and non-direct zone structure were computed. It was found that isoperiodical heterostructures with temperature coefficient of linear expansion matching this of the binary substrate could be obtained only in seven heterosystems. The spmodal equation was obtained using the general criterion of the thermodynamic system stability with respect to the components diffusion.
