ABSTRACT
There are a great number of extremely complex systems, to which it is difficult to propose an adequate solution. This difficulty may be traced to the great number of involved variables, the high dependability between them and the behavior of the system. Another challenge is to find a computational model that can represent adequately the main characteristics of the system, especially those that are time dependent.
