ABSTRACT
In the preceding review articles of this book, botanical, biochemical, and biological/ pharmacological characteristics of the different plant species of the genus Viscum have been described with respect to their use in public medicinal science and clinic. In order to refer especially the immunological properties of commercially available whole plant extracts to major constituents, single components have been isolated, highly purified and at least partially characterised.
